Okay honestly I had no intention on seeing Cop Out. Tracy Morgan, Bruce Willis, stupid jokes, no thanks…
But Kevin Smith, you’re directing this? Oh wait okay, this is the first movie he’s directed that he hasn’t written. Okay, but I don’t know… What level are you stooping down to Kevin? I know you’re a lot more intelligent than just another comedy cop movie with Bruce Willis running around with a funny black guy. I hope you put a creative touch to this because the plot looks, well… lets just say a veteran NYPD cop gets his rare baseball card stolen by a memorabilia-obsessed gangster.

I wasn’t going to see this in the first place but maybe I’ll give a chance when it hits DVD. I’m a big fan of most of your movies Kevin, but I don’t know if I have much faith in just another Bad Boys, Rush Hour, dumb cop duo movie…
